Once used as a smoking room by Pantaleon Fraulo, the current room “Comrade Prince”, has as its fifth a magnificent and imposing fireplace, surmounted by a cross-vaulted medieval, which is reflected in the polished marble Afion.
In the hall, illuminated by warm and soft lights, decorated with recognized taste, where elegance and sophistication come together in a perfect idyll, and just sit is in itself an emotion.
Emotion that is amplified when you taste the dishes, lovingly prepared by chef Gino, for which the kitchen and the food are food and emotion at the same time, sociability and communication.
Cooking for “Gino” then becomes an act deeply creative, playful, reassuring, in which each stage of the implementation of a recipe becomes a precious moment, to enjoy and share with others: prepare the ingredients, manipulate matter, wait for cooking, taste.
